Farmers' Market Melt
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup cut-up fresh asparagus spears (3-inch lengths)
- 1/4 cup red pepper strips
- 1 slice rye bread
- 40 g sliced deli reduced-sodium turkey breast
- 1 Cracker Barrel Medium Light Cheddar Cheese Slice
- Heat broiler.
- Heat dressing in small nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Cover bread with turkey; top with vegetable mixture and cheese.
- Broil 1 to 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
