Grilled Italian Marinated Chicken Dinner
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing, divided
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- Place chicken in shallow dish or zipper-style plastic bag.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the dressing over chicken; cover.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes to marinate.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard dressing.
- Place chicken on greased grill over medium coals.
- Grill, covered, 12 to 14 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing frequently with remaining 1/2 cup dressing.
- Meanwhile, prepare rice.
- Serve with chicken.
