Chicken Club Sandwich Dijonnaise
- 2 qt. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 2 qt. KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 64 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
- 64 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process Swiss Cheese Slice
- 192 slices Wheat bread slices, toasted
- 64 each leaf lettuce leaves
- 22 each Medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- 192 slices OSCAR MAYER Fast Prep Precooked Bacon
- Mix mustard and mayonnaise until well blended.
- Grill chicken breasts 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through (165F), topping each with 1 process cheese slice during last minute of grilling time.
- For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture; cover 1 of the bread slices with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices and 3 bacon slices.
- Top with second bread slice, chicken breast and third bread slice.
- Cut sandwich diagonally in half; secure each half with 4-inch frilled toothpick.
