Cranberry Mango Sauce
- 3 cups Fresh Cranberries, Washed
- 1 whole Mango, Peeled, Seeded, Diced
- 1 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cups Apple Cider, Apple Juice Or Orange Juice
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, add all of the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 10 12 minutes, until the cranberries pop and mangoes are soft.
- Remove from heat.
- Let the sauce cool to room temperature and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
