Cranberry Mango Sauce

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, add all of the ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 10 12 minutes, until the cranberries pop and mangoes are soft.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Let the sauce cool to room temperature and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
