Basil Mashed Potatoes 2 Recipe

• 4 x Potatoes,, peeled
• 3 Tbsp. Butter Salt
• 1/4 c. Heavy cream
• 1 c. Pesto

1. Boil potatoes till tender.
2. With masher, mash potatoes.
3. Add in butter and salt.
4. Slowly add in cream and stir till combined.
5. Mix in 1 c. of pesto.
6. Serve.
