Apple Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. On stove top, In a 9x9 Baking Dish or Pan, Slowly melt.
  3. butter until bottom is covered.
  4. In a bowl, mix combination of flour, sugar and milk.
  5. Pour mixture evenly in pan (or dish).
  6. Slowly add fruit on top of mixture.
  7. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for one hour or until the crust becomes a light to medium brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool.
  9. Top with your favorite ice cream, if desired.
  10. Can be served warm or cold.
  11. Refrigerate (covered) for later.
  12. FOR LARGER RECIPE, SIMPLY DOUBLE ALL INGREDIENTS AND USE 9/13 DISH OR PAN.
  13. YOU CAN USE ONE FRUIT OR A COMBINATION.
