Salsa Verde

  1. Grill tomatillos and serrano chiles.
  2. In a food processor, blend garlic, peppers, salt, onions & half of the cilantro.
  3. Serve on a dish and sprinkle remaining chopped cilantro.
  4. Enjoy.
