Spaghetti Dinner

  1. Melt margarine or butter in a heavy skillet and saute onion, bell pepper and celery.
  2. Add ground beef and stir until beef loses its redness.
  3. Add tomatoes, ketchup, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about one hour.
  5. Additional seasonings may be added if desired:
  6. such as celery seed, chili powder or oregano.
  7. Use salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
  9. Serves 4.
