Vanilla-Coffee Liqueur

• 1 12 cups brown sugar, packed
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 cups water
• 12 cup instant coffee
• 3 cups vodka
• 12 vanilla bean, split

1. Combine sugars and water.
2. Boil for 5 minutes.
3. Gradually stir in coffee.
4. Cool.
5. Add vodka and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
6. Cover and let ripen for 1 month.
7. Remove vanilla bean.
8. Bottle.
