Salted Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Combine water and salt in saucepan.
  2. Cook and stir until salt dissolves; cool.
  3. Add pumpkin seeds and soak overnight.
  4. Drain thoroughly.
  5. Pat seeds dry with paper towel.
  6. Place on a cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 300 F until seeds are dry, about 1 hour.
  8. Yield 2 cups, 8 servings.
