Sausage Cheese Olive Loaves

  1. Thaw bread dough on a greased baking sheet according to package directions; let rise until nearly doubled.
  2. Meanwhile in a large skillet, cook pork sausages until no longer pink; drain.
  3. Place in a large bowl.
  4. Add kielbasa, cheeses and olives; set aside.
  5. Roll each loaf into a 17x9 inches rectangle.
  6. Spread a third of the sausage mixture on each rectangle to within 1 inches of edges.
  7. Roll up jelly-roll sytle, starting with a long side.
  8. Pinch seams; place seam side down on greased baking sheets.
  9. Form each into a circle; pinch ends together to seal.
  10. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Brush with butter while warm.
  12. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
  13. Baked loaves may be frozen when cooled.
  14. Thaw at room temperature for 2 hours.
  15. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
