Five Spice Pork with Plums

  1. In 12-inch skillet, heat butter on medium-high.
  2. Season pork loin chops with five-spice powder and salt.
  3. Cook pork 5 minutes or until browned, turning once; transfer to plate.
  4. Add sliced plums to skillet; cook, stirring, 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in garlic, then seasoned rice vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar; cook, stirring, until simmering.
  6. Return pork to skillet; cook 1 minute or until cooked through.
  7. Stir in green onions.
