Five Spice Pork with Plums
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 3/4 tsp. five-spice powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 sliced plums
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 green onions
- In 12-inch skillet, heat butter on medium-high.
- Season pork loin chops with five-spice powder and salt.
- Cook pork 5 minutes or until browned, turning once; transfer to plate.
- Add sliced plums to skillet; cook, stirring, 3 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, then seasoned rice vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar; cook, stirring, until simmering.
- Return pork to skillet; cook 1 minute or until cooked through.
- Stir in green onions.
