mini tacos
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 packages Velveeta cheese block
- 2 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 10 tbsp sour cream
- 1 dash salt/pepper
- 2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 packages tortillas
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 envelope hidden valley ranch mix
- Preheat oven to 425
- Spray a cupcake pan with non stick spray
- Brown your ground beef
- Add the ranch packet to the meat
- While browning the meat..put one tortilla in each cupcake mold
- Bake tortillas until golden brown
- Assemble your mini taco salads anyway you like!!
