Gourmet Baked Beans

  1. Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Pour vinegar into a 1 cup measuring cup for liquids.
  3. Add enough evaporated milk to measure 1 cup liquid; blend thoroughly.
  4. Mix together in a bowl brown sugar, flour, dry mustard and salt.
  5. Add the evaporated milk mixture gradually, blending thoroughly.
  6. Blend in the molasses, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
  7. Add the baked beans; mix gently, but thoroughly.
  8. Turn into casserole dish.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times during baking. Garnish with onion rings.
  10. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
