Pork Chop And Yellow Squash Skillet Recipe
- 2 lbs. center cut pork chops, boned & trimmed
- 3-4 yellow squash, washed & sliced
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Pepper
- Cut pork chops into bite size pcs.
- Cook thoroughly in small amount of oil.
- Add in onion; cook till onion is tender.
- Now add in tomato sauce that has been mixed with 8 ounces water.
- Liquid should cover ingredients, add in water if necessary.
- Season with garlic salt and black pepper.
- Add in squash and cover; simmer 30 min.
- (Serve with mashed potatoes, no gravy is needed.)
