A Summer Event Radish Salad

  1. Toss sliced radishes with salt; let stand a few minutes.
  2. Drain liquid.
  3. Transfer radishes to a large bowl adding onions, tomatoes and cucumber slices.
  4. Blend together oil, vinegar, garlic and pour over vegetables.
  5. ( You can use Italian Dressing instead).
  6. Toss to cover .
  7. Cover, and place in refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
  8. Place on lettuce bed for an attractive salad.
  9. This salad is a great picnic item and goes well with most picnic menu.
  10. You can garnish with dill.
  11. I like to shave carrots to place on top.
