Pepperjack & Ham Quesadilla
- 4 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham
- 8 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Pepperjack Singles
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Salsa
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 4 pears, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Top each tortilla with 2 slices each ham and cheese; microwave on HIGH for 1 min., or until cheese melts.
- Spoon 2 Tbsp.
- salsa and 1 Tbsp.
- sour cream evenly over each tortilla; roll.
- Make salad with lettuce, tomatoes, pears, olive oil and vinegar.
- Divide into 4 equal portions.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with the meal.
