Pepperjack & Ham Quesadilla

  1. Top each tortilla with 2 slices each ham and cheese; microwave on HIGH for 1 min., or until cheese melts.
  2. Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  3. salsa and 1 Tbsp.
  4. sour cream evenly over each tortilla; roll.
  5. Make salad with lettuce, tomatoes, pears, olive oil and vinegar.
  6. Divide into 4 equal portions.
  7. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with the meal.
