Seared Scallops Carpaccio
- 4 Raw scallops
- 1 small Tomato
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 30 grams Red bell peppers
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Grainy mustard
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- Make the sauce in a bowl.
- Dice the ingredients into small cubes and add to the bowl to marinate altogether.
- Slice the tomatoes accordingly.
- Chop the scallops in half.
- Grill one side, briskly, in a heated frying pan to brown.
- Arrange by alternating the tomatoes and scallops, then pour the sauce all over them.
