Shelley'S Italian Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 large + 1 small can of Tomato Sauce (or 3 small cans)
- 1 large + 1 small can of Tomato Paste (of 3 small cans)
- 1 large can Water
- 1 medium large Onion, diced
- 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 rounding tsp. Brown Sugar (or 1 level tsp. White Sugar)
- 1 tsp. Basil
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic, minced (Don't use Garlic Salt/Powder)
- 1/2 lb. Hamburg
- 1 tsp. Vinegar
- Combine ingredients in large pot.
- Add the Hamburg after the Tomato Sauce and Tomato Paste.
- Have the hamburg room temperature and crumble into the mixture with your fingers, stir with spoon until it is all through the sauce.
- Cover and leave in 325 - 350 oven 3 - 6 hours.
- If oven is 350, you'll need to stir every half hour.
- Add water to maintain level.
