Cheesy Ramen Vegetables
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, discard seasoning packet
- 12 cup cooked frozen mixed vegetables, of choice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 12 cup cheese, shredded (2 oz.)
- salt and pepper
- Cook the noodles in boilling water according to package directions.
- When noodles are tender, drain.
- Add the vegetables, butter, cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Heat until everything is hot.
- Serve.
- NOTE: If you have leftover cooked meat, it may be added to the pot along with the vegetables.
