Steak Out

  1. Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat steak dry with paper towel; season with pepper.
  3. Grill 7 min.
  4. on each side or until medium (160 degrees F) doneness, brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 2 min.
  5. Remove steak from barbecue; cover with foil.
  6. Stand 5 min.
  7. before serving.
