Steak Out
- 1 boneless beef strip loin steak (1/2 lb./225 g), 1 inch thick
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Steakhouse Barbecue Sauce
- Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Pat steak dry with paper towel; season with pepper.
- Grill 7 min.
- on each side or until medium (160 degrees F) doneness, brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 2 min.
- Remove steak from barbecue; cover with foil.
- Stand 5 min.
