Lemon and herb chicken on a bed of rice

  1. CHICKEN : place all the chicken in a bowl and add all the marinade and let it marinade over night or at leat 5 hours.
  2. Bake chicken at 220 for 45minutes
  3. Rice- cook you choice of rice and once cooked set aside.
  4. In a pot add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and add onion; and mix peppers and all the spices.
  5. Keep stirring and once cooked add your rice and mix well.
  6. Add salt and pepper for taste.
  7. Plating: in a serving bowl place the rice first and place your meat and garnish with micro leaves
