Baking Mix #2, Fat Free (Bisquick Copycat) Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients very well.
  2. For every 2 c. mix used add in 1/2 c. fat free mayo...
  3. THIS REPLACES THE USUAL SHORTENING.
  4. (You can substitute applesauce, prunes, pureed squash or possibly whatever you prefer to replace the free mayo.)
  5. This recipe may be made with all wheat flour or possibly any combination.
  6. The mix works great in any recipe calling for a commercial biscuit/baking mix.
  7. NOTES : I've been using this recipe for the last year or possibly so and I find which it works very well.
