Burritos

  1. To brown ground beef, add the burrito seasoning mix and water as called for on package; stir in well, then add the salsa and mix in also.
  2. Simmer (on low) for 15 minutes, then add cooked, drained potatoes.
  3. Simmer 5 more minutes.
  4. Next, place about 3 to 4 tablespoons of meat mixture onto a tortilla, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of cheese, then tightly roll tortilla up and secure with toothpick.
  5. Do all the tortillas, then on a flat skillet place 3 or 4 tortillas and pat butter onto them on both sides and brown evenly.
  6. Finish all tortillas and take toothpicks out. Serve with sour cream.
  7. These reheat well also.
