Chicken And Rice Recipe
- 1 frying chicken, cut in pcs, salted and pepper
- 1 (10 1/4 ounce.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 1/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 env. Lipton onion soup, dry
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- Mix 3 soups together with 1 1/2 cans water measured in soup can.
- Put rice in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, pour part of soup mix over rice till well moistened.
- Lay chicken pcs over top of rice and pour remaining soup mix over top of chicken.
- Cook uncovered for 1 to 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees or possibly till chicken is tender.
