BBQ Crunch Burger

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix mayo, onions and 2 Tbsp.
  3. barbecue sauce.
  4. Mix meat and remaining barbecue sauce just until blended; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  5. Grill 4 to 5 min.
  6. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  7. Spread buns with mayo mixture; fill with burgers and chips.
