Our Favorite Pizza Dough (Bread Machine)

  1. Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl, add oil, honey and water and mix until combined.
  2. Transfer to bread machine on "Dough/Pasta" setting.
  3. (Should be roughly 90 minutes).
  4. When dough is ready, divide in two, let rest 10-15 minutes, then roll out with a little more flour to about 1/2" or so.
  5. Add your favorite sauce, cheeses and other toppings.
  6. I bake ours on a pizza stone in a 525 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
