Our Favorite Pizza Dough (Bread Machine)
- 4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons bread machine yeast
- 1 12 teaspoons sea salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 12 cups warm water
- Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl, add oil, honey and water and mix until combined.
- Transfer to bread machine on "Dough/Pasta" setting.
- (Should be roughly 90 minutes).
- When dough is ready, divide in two, let rest 10-15 minutes, then roll out with a little more flour to about 1/2" or so.
- Add your favorite sauce, cheeses and other toppings.
- I bake ours on a pizza stone in a 525 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
