Boiled brussel sprouts
- 1 1/2 cup brussel sprouts
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- Bring 1.5 quarts of water to boil
- Rinse brussel sprouts in cold water, then peel off outer layer
- Add brusssel sprouts to boiling water
- Allow to boil for 14-18 minutes (or until tender)
- Drain and season as desired with salt, pepper and butter
