Boiled brussel sprouts

  1. Bring 1.5 quarts of water to boil
  2. Rinse brussel sprouts in cold water, then peel off outer layer
  3. Add brusssel sprouts to boiling water
  4. Allow to boil for 14-18 minutes (or until tender)
  5. Drain and season as desired with salt, pepper and butter
