Delicate Egg And Cheese Bake Recipe
- 8 Large eggs
- 1 env. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
- 3 c. (12 ounce.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (12 ounce.) container sm. curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 red or possibly green pepper, minced
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Calumet baking pwdr
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- Beat Large eggs and salad dressing fold in large bowl.
- Stir in cheese, cottage cheese, and minced pepper.
- Mix flour with baking pwdr.
- Stir flour mix and butter into cheese mix.
- Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min or possibly till golden.
- Makes 8 servings.
