Almond-Coconut Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Melt butter with honey in a small saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add brown sugar; stir until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, and stir in the water.
  5. Stir together oats, almonds, and coconut in a large bowl.
  6. Pour butter mixture over oat mixture; stir until combined.
  7. Evenly spread out granola on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  8. Bake, stirring frequently, until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
  9. Let cool completely on sheet on a wire rack.
  10. Granola can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature up to 2 weeks.
