Pirozski
- 8 ounces frozen puff pastry
- 8 ounces liver pate
- 1 egg
- Thaw pastry and heat oven to 400*.
- Roll dough thinly and cut into 3 inch squares, then cut in half to folm triangles.
- Place 1 tsp of liver pate on one half of the triangles, then cover and press edges to seal.
- Arrange triangles on a greased baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until well risen and golden brown.
- Serve hot!
