Pasta with Olives, Goat Cheese and Garlic Chips

  1. Cook pasta according to directions, reserve about 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook garlic with red pepper flakes until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Toss pasta with olives, goat cheese, herbs, zest crispy garlic and drizzle over a small amount of good olive oil.
  4. Serve.
  5. Eat.
