Pasta with Olives, Goat Cheese and Garlic Chips
- 2 ounces, fluid Mixed Olives
- 1 bunch Mixed Fresh Herbs
- 4 pinches Lemon Zest
- 2 cloves Garlic, Thinly Slices
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Pasta
- Cook pasta according to directions, reserve about 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook garlic with red pepper flakes until crispy and golden brown.
- Toss pasta with olives, goat cheese, herbs, zest crispy garlic and drizzle over a small amount of good olive oil.
- Serve.
- Eat.
