Turkey-Noodle Casserole
- 2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
- 3 oz. pkg. chipped beef
- 10 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small onion
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 soup can broth (turkey or chicken)
- Cheddar cheese, grated for top
- Chop turkey into bite-sized pieces.
- Shred about 1/2 package of chipped beef (use to taste).
- Chop onion.
- Add these ingredients to cooked and drained noodles.
- Mix well.
- In a bowl, dilute chicken soup with one soup can of broth.
- Stir in sour cream, milk, salt and pepper.
- Combine with noodle mixture and pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika and Cheddar cheese as desired.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for about 40 minutes, uncovered, or until golden.
