15 Minute Chicken & Stuffing Skillet
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, divided
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1-1/3 cups water
- Cook chicken in 2 Tbsp.
- of the margarine in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from skillet.
- Add contents of Vegetable/Seasoning packet, water and remaining 2 Tbsp.
- margarine to skillet.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cover.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in Stuffing Crumbs just to moisten.
- Top with chicken; cover.
- Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
