Asian style Chicken

  1. Begin by taking the 10 chicken thighs and putting them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Next begin mixing thr marinade.
  3. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric with 2 tablespoons of chicken seasoning and 1/4 tablespoon of curry powder in a bowl.
  4. Using a knife peel the ginger root and mince it until the bits are barely visitble and form a mass.
  5. Mix the sesame oil with the ginger and add it to the spices.
  6. Mix everything into a rub and spread onto the chicken.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350F.
  8. Serve with sweet chily sauce
