Asian style Chicken
- 10 medium chicken thighs
- 1 ginger root
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp chiken seasoning
- 1/4 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 dried dill
- Begin by taking the 10 chicken thighs and putting them in a large mixing bowl.
- Next begin mixing thr marinade.
- Mix 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric with 2 tablespoons of chicken seasoning and 1/4 tablespoon of curry powder in a bowl.
- Using a knife peel the ginger root and mince it until the bits are barely visitble and form a mass.
- Mix the sesame oil with the ginger and add it to the spices.
- Mix everything into a rub and spread onto the chicken.
- Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350F.
- Serve with sweet chily sauce
