Creamy Homemade Macaroni and Cheese with Bacon

  1. Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat.
  3. Add onions; cook and stir 2 min.
  4. or until golden brown.
  5. Stir in flour; cook 2 min., stirring constantly.
  6. Whisk in milk, then Miracle Whip.
  7. Bring just to simmer, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  8. or until thickened.
  9. Add cheeses and Sriracha sauce; cook and stir 2 min.
  10. or until shredded cheese is melted.
  11. Drain macaroni.
  12. Add to sauce with bacon bits; mix lightly.
