Gretchenes Latkes

  1. Stir the flour, salt, and baking powder together in a small bowl.
  2. Beat in the eggs, mixing well.
  3. Then stir in the onions.
  4. Heat a nonstick frying pan and add a film of oil.
  5. Ladle about 2 tablespoons of the flour mixture into the frying pan and heat, frying until golden, then flip and cook the second side.
  6. Eat alone or with sour cream or applesauce.
