Corned Beef Casserole
- 1 12 lbs corned beef
- 2 lbs sauerkraut, drained
- 16 ounces swiss cheese
- 8 ounces thousand island dressing
- 8 ounces mayonnaise
- 12 cup butter
- 2 (5 ounce) packages croutons
- Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Then start with a layer of sauerkraut, corned beef and Swiss cheese, repeat once more.
- In a bowl mix Thousand Island dressing and Mayo until smooth, pour over casserole and top with croutons and drizzle melted butter over top.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
