Corned Beef Casserole

• 1 12 lbs corned beef
• 2 lbs sauerkraut, drained
• 16 ounces swiss cheese
• 8 ounces thousand island dressing
• 8 ounces mayonnaise
• 12 cup butter
• 2 (5 ounce) packages croutons

1. Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
2. Then start with a layer of sauerkraut, corned beef and Swiss cheese, repeat once more.
3. In a bowl mix Thousand Island dressing and Mayo until smooth, pour over casserole and top with croutons and drizzle melted butter over top.
4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
