Spaghetti Bake
- 2 slices bacon, diced
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. black olives
- Fry bacon, onions and garlic.
- Add meat and brown.
- Stir in seasonings and tomato sauce with water.
- Cover; simmer for 35 minutes.
- Break 1/4 pound raw spaghetti into greased casserole. Cover with half of sauce and 1/2 cup grated cheese.
- Repeat with 1/4 pound raw spaghetti, rest of sauce and rest of cheese.
- Top with black olives.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375u0b0 until cheese melts golden brown.
- Let stand 5 or 10 minutes before serving.
- Makes a large casserole.
