Tourtiere (Meat Pie) Recipe

• 2 (9") pie crust (bottom only)
• 1 1/4 pound grnd beef
• 1 1/4 pound grnd fresh ham (not smoked)
• 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 5/8 teaspoon pepper
• 3/8 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 c. dry bread crumbs

1. Mix together meat, spices and bread crumbs.
2. Place in pie plates.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min or possibly till brown.
