Bradley Woods Breakfast Bake
- 3 eggs
- 1 lb sausage, browned
- 3 cups frozen hash browns with onions and peppers
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Layer sausage, potatoes, and cheese in a 7x10 greased pan.
- Mix soup, eggs, and milk together and pour over ingredients in pan.
- Top with additional cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
