Chinese Sweet N Sour Spareribs Recipe

  1. In a heavy pan, heat water, ribs, soy sauce, and salt; when mix boils, turn down heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Add in sugar and sherry.
  3. Turn heat high and continue to cook till the liquid is all evaporated.
  4. Blend sauce ingredients, pour slowly over ribs.
  5. Cook for about 2 min.
  6. Place ribs on a flat dish and top with sauce.
  7. Makes 3 or possibly 4 servings.
