Light and Creamy Crab Salad on Endive
- 2 cups Cooked Cooled Crab Meat
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 2 stalks Celery, Diced
- 18 teaspoons Sriracha Or Hot Sauce
- 18 teaspoons Sweet Chili Sauce (or Sugar)
- 18 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt To Taste
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole French Or Belgian Endive
- Combine all ingredients (except endive) in a small bowl and stir thoroughly to combined.
- Peel, wash and dry endive and fill each leaf with 1 tablespoon of mixture.
- Serve and enjoy immediately!
