Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Cream together the first 6 ingredients.
  2. Stir in remain ingredients.
  3. Mixing well.
  4. If a bit dry mix in 1 tablespoon water.
  5. Form into 1 inch balls or shape with rounded tablespoon and place on greased or lined cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 350 until golden.
