Quick BBQ-Beer Chicken
- 2 cans (12 oz. each) beer
- 2 chickens (6 lb.), quartered Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- Pour beer over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each piece.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill chicken 25 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F), turning after 15 min.
- and brushing with sauce for the last 10 min.
