Pineapple-Ginger Tea Smoothie

  1. For each serving: Blend 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 Tbsp.
  2. tea, 1/4 tsp.
  3. ginger and 1 cup ice in blender until smooth.
