Meatless Meatballs With Mushroom Sauce

  1. Pour over bread.
  2. Cover and keep in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, melt 1/4 pound butter or margarine; pour over bread/egg mixture.
  3. Cover with crushed corn flakes.
  4. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350u0b0.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
  6. I serve with fresh fruit and hot cinnamon rolls.
  7. The mess is gone before you cook it!
