Very Japanese-style Milk Pudding
- 400 ml Milk
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Honey or sugar
- 1 Kinako & brown sugar syrup
- Dissolve the gelatin powder in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
- Add honey or sugar into the milk, and simmer over low heat.
- Please do not bring to a boil!
- Add the dissolved gelatin from Step 1 to the pot, mix well, then transfer to a container.
- Let it cool, and refrigerate for 2 ~ 3 hours.
- Scoop with a large spoon.
- Sprinkle kinako roasted soy flour and drizzle brown sugar syrup to your liking.
