Very Japanese-style Milk Pudding

  1. Dissolve the gelatin powder in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
  2. Add honey or sugar into the milk, and simmer over low heat.
  3. Please do not bring to a boil!
  4. Add the dissolved gelatin from Step 1 to the pot, mix well, then transfer to a container.
  5. Let it cool, and refrigerate for 2 ~ 3 hours.
  6. Scoop with a large spoon.
  7. Sprinkle kinako roasted soy flour and drizzle brown sugar syrup to your liking.
