PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP White Chocolate Almond Cheesecake

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix until blended.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup of the white chocolate.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Sprinkle with almonds and remaining white chocolate.
  6. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
