Breakfast Cones Recipe
- Eating this healthy cheese-and-fruit mix is a lot more fun when it's scooped into an Ice Cream Cone. Prep time: 10 min Yield: 4 servings
- 1/2 c. Farmer's Cheese (about 4 ounce.)
- 1/2 c. Dry-Curd Cottage Cheese (about 4 ounce.)
- 2 Tbsp. Confectioners' Sugar
- 2 dsh Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 c. minced, canned Peaches (liquid removed)
- 4 x Ice Cream Cones
- 1.
- Combine Farmer's Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Confectioners' Sugar and Vanilla.
- Mix together till smooth.
- Stir in Peaches.
- 2.
- Spoon 1/4 of the Cheese mix into each Cone.
